The Nigeria Democratic Congress candidate for Sagbama/Ekeremor Federal Constituency, High Chief Seles Saboh, has promised to prioritise the welfare and inclusion of persons with disabilities.
Saboh, who spoke during a meeting with members of the disability community in Yenagoa, thanked them for their support for his House of Representatives bid.
He said the engagement was inspiring and had strengthened his resolve to ensure inclusive development.
“I appreciate your steadfast support and encouragement. Your resilience and confidence in our shared vision inspire me to continue working tirelessly for the people,” he said.
The NDC candidate assured that he would promote policies that protect the rights of PWDs and guarantee equal opportunities in governance and economic activities.
He noted that no society could achieve sustainable development without carrying vulnerable groups along.
“Our movement is built on unity, compassion and service. Together, we will build a constituency where no one is left behind,” Saboh added.
